Unlike many other coaching services that offer different packages (i.e. Gold, Silver, Bronze), I offer one level- unlimited communication and consultation at an affordable price. An athlete's physiology is highly specific and, thus, requires a unique training plan. In addition, each individual has unique life stressors that dictate one's optimal training load. And if something pops up in life, we can talk and quickly make the necessary adjustments.
My coaching style would best be described as efficient. How can we get the most bang for the buck. Although not required, I pride myself on power based training. Face it. Most of us do not have the luxury to train 40 hrs a week. Nor would we want to. Even as a full time cyclist, I achieved my time trial success with a minimal 12-15 hr week training schedule!
